Stoneground rye high in fibre. Excellent for sourdough starters. The gluten in rye flour adds stickiness to the dough but lacks the elasticity of wheat flour gluten. Should be used with high gluten flours such as w/wheat or unbleached white to increase rising ability when baking breads.

For click and collect bulk products are available in units of 100g, 50g or 10g depending on the product. Some flours are available to purchase as 1kg or 5kg as well. Want more than that? Adjust the product quantity to get your desired amount.
