Why have I been refunded for a product I ordered?

Whilst we work hard to make sure the stock available for online orders is up-to-date with the stock available in-store, it may be unavailable at the time of purchase. If this is the case you will get an email or text notification informing you of the products that are unavailable and the amount that will be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.


Why can't I find a product I purchased recently in stores?

Each of our store locations offers their own curated selection of products based on what their customers love and to feature their own local growers & suppliers. Our click and collect store offers a wide range of our most loved bulk products, pantry staples and soap room items. In order to simplify the ordering process, we haven’t included products that aren’t available in all our 6 Australia locations or some limited edition items. For these products, it's best to visit your local store.


Where can I find the nutritional information for the products?

All of our nutritional information and extra information on health benefits can be found over on our Web App or by visiting recipes.scoopwholefoods.com. Just search your product by its name or code. And the best part is that our App will also suggest some delicious recipes that you can make using our products!


Can I get my order shipped to me?

We don’t currently offer shipping/delivery for our products. This is because we haven’t found an avenue for delivery options that fit with our zero waste mission whilst keeping our products fresh and delicious on delivery. Click and collect allows us to minimise our impact and keep our produce at the highest quality whilst having the convenience of online ordering.


Who do I contact about my order if I have questions/problems once it has been processed?

If you encounter any problems with your order then please contact tasmania@scoopwholefoods.com.au or 0476685112 and one of our team will assist and direct you to the appropriate contact for our store. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed so please double check your items and quantities before checking out. If you would like to add items you can place a second order. As long as it is placed within the ordering window you can pick up your two orders together.


How do I collect my order and what happens if I miss my collection time?

To collect your order please visit the register of your chosen store location. If you are running late or will miss your collection time please call our Sandy Bay store to let us know and to arrange pick up for the next day. Orders will only be available to pick up during store opening hours. If you miss your collection time, your items will be stored in our temperature controlled environment at 18°C but they will not be kept airtight and could result in minor losses in freshness and quality that we will not be responsible for. Orders will only be kept aside for collection within 24 hours of your collection time.


Something was wrong with my order when I received it, who do I contact? Can I return or exchange my products?

If there was a problem with your click & collect order please contact us straight away so we can do what we can to help you. Please email tasmania@scoopwholefoods.com.au or call 0476685112 with your query and one of our team will get back to you.

We take great care in providing you with the best quality produce, that doesn’t cost your wallet or the Earth. If your products are damaged or unsatisfactory we will offer a refund or exchange at the discretion of our team for both in-store and online purchases. We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges for our bulk products. We may ask for photos of the products of concern so we can pass these along to our relevant teams and suppliers to ensure our produce is always of the best quality. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment or by gift card if this is not possible. Please note that store purchases can only be refunded in your store of purchase.
